Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service during evening and weekend shifts (4 PM - 10 PM weekdays, 10 AM - 8 PM weekends)
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Assist customers with product inquiries, returns, and exchanges
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations
- Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment
- Support special event staffing during peak weekend periods
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college students encouraged to apply)
- 6+ months customer service or retail experience preferred
- Availability for 20-25 hours weekly including weekends
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs

- Valid Georgia driver's license (for occasional errands)
