Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Schedule appointments and manage patient records using EHR systems
- Verify insurance eligibility and assist with financial paperwork
- Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure seamless patient journeys
- Resolve patient inquiries with empathy and efficiency
- Support administrative tasks including data entry and filing
- Uphold strict HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service or healthcare experience
- Proficiency with EHR systems (Epic experience a plus)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends as needed
- Basic medical terminology knowledge
