Responsibilities
- Process cash, card, and digital transactions accurately using POS systems
- Provide friendly customer assistance with product inquiries and store navigation
- Maintain organized checkout stations and surrounding retail areas
- Handle returns/exchanges per company policies while upholding service standards
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
- Operate price scanners and resolve pricing discrepancies efficiently
- Uphold loss prevention protocols and security procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (current students welcome)
- 6+ months of customer service or cashier experience preferred
- Basic math proficiency and attention to detail
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (up to 4 hours)
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish a plus
