Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional attitude to ensure a superior shopping experience.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process sales and returns.
- Restock merchandise, organize shelves, and maintain a clean, visually appealing store environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock needs to the management team.
- Assist in store operations, including setting up displays and executing promotional activities.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety guidelines, and loss prevention protocols.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand and move around for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation is required.
