Responsibilities
- Deliver Exceptional Service: Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries, and assist with product selection to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Operational Excellence: Process transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) and handle returns or exchanges efficiently.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor organized, tidy, and fully stocked according to company standards.
- Inventory Support: Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising displays.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with management and colleagues to meet daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Adherence to Policy: Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and cash-handling protocols.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Experience: Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred but not required; training is provided.
