Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS).
- Handle cash, credit card, and gift card payments with precision.
- Assist customers with product locations, answering inquiries, and providing recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting checkout area.
- Process returns, exchanges, and manage customer service issues courteously.
- Upsell products and promote current sales promotions to increase basket size.
Qualifications
