Responsibilities

- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately, processing cash, credit, and digital payments efficiently.
- Handle cash drawers with strict attention to accuracy and reconcile daily sales.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the checkout area and surrounding shelves.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking products and monitoring stock levels.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Adhere to all company policies, health guidelines, and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or cash-handling experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Strong mathematical skills and the ability to handle cash transactions with high accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable attendance and a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
