Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service upon entry.
- Process customer transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit payments with strict attention to accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe checkout area at all times.
- Assist customers with product inquiries and location of items.
- Restock shelves and organize merchandise as needed during downtime.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous cash handling or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Basic math skills and ability to handle money accurately.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
