Responsibilities
- Unload, organize, and merchandise inventory before store opening
- Ensure shelves are fully stocked and product displays meet brand standards
- Operate pallet jacks and maintain clean, organized stockroom areas
- Collaborate with overnight team to optimize inventory flow
- Conduct cycle counts and report inventory discrepancies
- Adhere to safety protocols during high-volume stocking operations
Qualifications
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts (3:00 AM - 11:00 AM)
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
