Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise deliveries in a timely manner
- Stock shelves, displays, and storage areas according to planograms
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized stockroom and sales floor
- Operate pallet jacks and inventory management tools (training provided)
- Assist with inventory counts and loss prevention measures
- Collaborate with overnight team to ensure seamless store operations
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company standards
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – entry-level candidates encouraged
- Ability to work early morning shifts (4:00 AM start)
- Physical stamina for lifting (up to 50 lbs), bending, and standing
- Basic math and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to shift location
