Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain cash drawer accountability
- Provide outstanding customer service, including product knowledge and issue resolution
- Operate scanning equipment and bag merchandise efficiently while maintaining cleanliness
- Assist with inventory management, stocking shelves, and visual merchandising
- Uphold store security protocols and report suspicious activities to management
