Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately using POS systems
- Assist customers with product inquiries and location guidance
- Bag items securely while maintaining cleanliness at checkout stations
- Handle cash, card payments, and returns following company protocols
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Support store opening/closing procedures as assigned
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a welcoming shopping environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 6+ months experience in customer service or retail
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems (e.g., Square, NCR)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
