Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS).
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to enhance their shopping experience.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with strict adherence to company policies and security protocols.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and store policies.
- Assist with restocking shelves and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure store operations run smoothly during shifts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or cash handling is a plus but not required.
- Strong mathematical skills with the ability to handle cash accurately.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
