Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks with precision and creativity
- Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced setting
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and POS systems efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards across all stations
- Handle cash transactions and manage opening/closing duties
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations
- Upsell products and promote seasonal promotions
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months experience in food service or barista role
- Ability to work evenings (4 PM - 11 PM) and weekends consistently
- Strong multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Positive attitude and exceptional communication skills
- Flexible schedule availability (including holidays)
- Food Handler's Permit (or willingness to obtain)
