Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks per company recipes and quality standards
- Provide exceptional customer service with genuine warmth and product knowledge
- Operate POS systems accurately and efficiently during peak hours
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and customer areas
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of coffee/food supplies
- Collaborate with team to ensure smooth cafe operations during all shifts
- Share passion for coffee through engaging customer education and recommendations
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of professional barista experience required
- Proficiency with espresso machines and manual brewing techniques
- Strong commitment to exceptional customer service and teamwork
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work weekends, early mornings, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of coffee origins and brewing methods preferred
- Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
