Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks with precision and artistry
- Operate espresso machines and brewing equipment according to company standards
- Provide exceptional customer service through personalized recommendations
- Maintain clean, organized workspace and uphold sanitation protocols
- Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure seamless operations
- Contribute to inventory management and supply restocking
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of barista or customer service experience
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and product knowledge
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills and approachable demeanor
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
