Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve premium coffee beverages including espresso, lattes, and signature Memphis specialties
- Deliver exceptional customer service with genuine warmth and product knowledge
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of coffee equipment, service areas, and customer spaces
- Manage cash transactions accurately using POS systems while upselling products
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure seamless operations
- Support inventory management including restocking and quality control
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to engage customers
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
