Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and present specialty coffee beverages following premium recipes
- Deliver exceptional customer service with genuine warmth and efficiency
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and seating areas
- Operate POS systems accurately and manage cash transactions
- Collaborate with team to ensure smooth daily operations during peak hours
- Recommend and upsell premium coffee products and seasonal offerings
- Support inventory management and stock rotation of coffee supplies
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months experience in specialty coffee or food service
- Deep knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and flavor profiles
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to multitask efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Flexible availability including weekends and early mornings
- Basic math skills for handling cash and inventory tasks
- Food safety certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Passion for coffee culture and continuous learning
