Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of high-quality beverages, including espresso, cold brew, and tea, according to standard recipes.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and resolving inquiries with a smile.
- Operate espresso machines and brewing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a pristine and organized workspace, including counters, restrooms, and storage areas, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Assist with food preparation and cash handling duties during peak hours.
- Clean and sanitize equipment and utensils regularly to ensure high hygiene standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a coffee shop or hospitality setting is a plus but not required; we are happy to train the right candidate.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods, milk texturing, and basic latte art techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
