Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and answering inquiries with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Assist customers in finding products, explaining product features, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the register, including handling cash, credit cards, and digital payments.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and maintain a clean, tidy, and inviting store environment.
- Assist in inventory management, including counting stock and reporting discrepancies to management.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges efficiently while adhering to company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred, but not required.
- Eagerness to learn and participate in our paid training program.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light merchandise (up to 20 lbs).
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
