Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves, facing merchandise, and organizing displays.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales targets and store goals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe sales floor environment at all times.
- Learn and demonstrate product knowledge to effectively answer customer inquiries.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
