Responsibilities
- Unload and process incoming shipments accurately and efficiently
- Stock shelves, displays, and coolers according to planogram guidelines
- Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and compliance with FIFO standards
- Collaborate with overnight team to maintain organized stockroom conditions
- Conduct price changes and promotional signage updates
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely
- Assist with inventory counts and loss prevention measures
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible shifts starting at 4:00 AM
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math proficiency for inventory tasks
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Valid driver's license for equipment operation (if required)
- Team-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts
