Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service through product knowledge assistance and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash, card, and digital payments
- Assist in visual merchandising, including restocking shelves, arranging displays, and maintaining store cleanliness
- Support inventory management through stock receiving, organization, and cycle counting
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and loss prevention procedures
Qualifications
- No prior retail or customer service experience required – we provide full training!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred but not mandatory
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
