Responsibilities
- Guest Management: Welcome attendees with a smile, manage entry and exit points, and ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Event Operations: Assist with the setup and breakdown of event venues, including tables, chairs, and audio-visual equipment.
- Information Desk: Provide accurate information to guests and direct them to various sections of the venue.
- Crowd Control: Maintain a safe and orderly environment by monitoring crowd density and assisting with crowd flow.
- Vendor Liaison: Communicate effectively with vendors and other staff members to ensure event goals are met.
- Emergency Response: Follow safety protocols and assist in emergency situations as directed by supervisors.
Qualifications
- Reliability: Consistently punctual and dependable for scheduled shifts.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, walk extensively, and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Teamwork: A collaborative mindset and the ability to work well within a diverse team.
- Training Availability: Availability to complete our paid training program.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
