Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome attendees with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Assist with the efficient setup and breakdown of event equipment and signage.
- Monitor event areas to ensure a safe and organized environment for all guests.
- Direct attendees to their destinations and provide accurate information as needed.
- Collaborate with the event coordination team to address guest inquiries and feedback immediately.
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and hygiene throughout the shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around for extended periods (4-6 hours) without fatigue.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on courtesy and professionalism.
- Reliable transportation to and from the venue locations in Nashville.
- Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 25 lbs (assistive equipment provided).
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
