Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to event attendees, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist with event setup, including furniture arrangement, decoration placement, and equipment testing.
- Monitor crowd flow and maintain order at entry points and throughout the venue.
- Manage ticket sales, scanning, and guest check-ins efficiently.
- Respond to attendee inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
- Collaborate with event coordinators to ensure seamless execution of events.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in various weather conditions (outdoor events).
- Reliable transportation to and from event venues.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
