Responsibilities
- Execute event setup/teardown procedures following safety guidelines
- Manage guest flow and provide exceptional customer service
- Operate event equipment (check-in systems, signage, barriers)
- Collaborate with vendors and security teams for seamless operations
- Enforce venue policies and emergency protocols
- Document incident reports and maintain communication logs
- Assist with VIP guest experiences and special requests
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (6-8 hours)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy for check-in systems
