Responsibilities
- Set up, manage, and break down event spaces according to venue specifications
- Provide exceptional guest services including registration, information assistance, and crowd control
- Execute event safety protocols and emergency response procedures
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for seamless event operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas throughout events
- Assist with VIP guest handling and special request fulfillment
- Conduct post-event assessments and report operational feedback
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional event or hospitality experience
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Basic first aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency in event management software (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite)
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive under pressure
