Responsibilities
- Execute event setup/breakdown according to venue requirements
- Provide exceptional guest service and information assistance
- Manage crowd flow and ensure venue safety compliance
- Operate AV equipment and technical systems with training
- Coordinate with vendors and event management teams
- Resolve guest inquiries and operational challenges
- Conduct post-event venue inspections and cleanup
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Available for flexible evening/weekend shifts
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic tech literacy (smartphone/tablet usage)
- Positive attitude under pressure
- Willingness to complete paid certification training
- Austin residency preferred (local candidates only)
