Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages following strict quality standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service with warm, personalized interactions

- Process cash and digital transactions accurately
- Collaborate with team to optimize workflow during peak hours
- Source and recommend premium coffee beans and pastries
- Participate in regular training for new brewing techniques
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience required
- Proficiency in espresso machine operation and milk texturing
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Basic cash handling and POS system knowledge
- Food safety certification preferred
