Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of event venues, including decorating and arranging furniture.
- Greet and direct attendees with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Monitor event areas to ensure safety and cleanliness throughout the duration of the event.
- Direct guests to various sections, restrooms, and concessions as needed.
- Communicate effectively with the Event Manager regarding any issues or guest concerns.
- Operate event equipment and assist with registration or ticketing processes.
- Uphold company brand standards and maintain a high level of customer service.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and available for weekends and holidays.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Must pass a standard background check.
- Must be willing to attend the mandatory paid training session.
