Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins and ticket scanning at event entrances
- Assist with venue setup, including tents, signage, and seating arrangements
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve attendee inquiries
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure safety compliance throughout events
- Collaborate with team to execute seamless event operations
- Assist with post-event breakdown and cleanup procedures
- Report operational issues to on-site supervisors
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (8am-8pm shifts)
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in outdoor conditions
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation to various Columbus venues
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Basic knowledge of event safety protocols
- Must pass background check
