Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in and credential verification
- Coordinate vendor and artist arrivals at assigned stations
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure venue safety protocols
- Operate point-of-sale systems for merchandise sales
- Assist with venue setup and breakdown logistics
- Respond to guest inquiries with exceptional service
- Report maintenance issues and safety concerns
- Collaborate with team leads during high-traffic periods
Qualifications
- Must be available weekends (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Previous event/concert or customer service experience
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (6-8 hour shifts)
- Basic cash handling and POS system familiarity
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid California ID and reliable transportation
- 18+ years of age (21+ for alcohol-serving roles)
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-energy environments
