Responsibilities
- Execute seamless event operations including setup, guest management, and breakdown
- Provide exceptional customer service during concerts, corporate events, and festivals
- Enforce venue safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for flawless execution
- Manage guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
- Operate AV equipment and point-of-sale systems post-training
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ with reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in dynamic environments
