Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks with precision and care
- Engage warmly with customers, learning their preferences and building relationships
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace including espresso machines and service areas
- Process cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
- Learn and master daily coffee brewing techniques and inventory management
Qualifications
- No experience required – we train all baristas from the ground up!
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for learning coffee craft
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle fast-paced environments
- Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
- Reliable scheduling availability including weekends
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
