Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out processes with efficiency and warmth
- Handle incoming calls and reservations using advanced booking systems
- Coordinate with valet, security, and dining teams for seamless operations
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with exceptional service standards
- Maintain pristine front desk and common areas
- Process payments and manage financial transactions accurately
- Assist with event coordination and VIP guest services
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality or customer service role
- Proficiency in Opera/PMS or similar reservation systems
