Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, unpack, and process incoming merchandise shipments
- Organize and stock shelves following visual merchandising standards
- Perform inventory counts and maintain stockroom organization
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely
- Collaborate with overnight team members for efficient workflow
- Report maintenance issues and safety concerns promptly
- Ensure compliance with company inventory control procedures
Qualifications
- Previous retail or stockroom experience preferred (not required)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic math and inventory counting skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
