Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through style consultations and product knowledge
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Execute visual merchandising standards including restocking, displays, and inventory checks
- Uphold store cleanliness and organization standards throughout all operational hours
- Collaborate with team to achieve weekend sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
- Assist with inventory management including receiving, tagging, and cycle counts
