Responsibilities
- Efficiently stock shelves and maintain inventory accuracy across all departments
- Operate pallet jacks and electric carts for bulk merchandise handling
- Conduct quality checks on incoming shipments and rotate perishable items
- Collaborate with overnight crew to maintain store cleanliness and safety standards
- Process markdowns and price changes according to company guidelines
- Assist with inventory audits and cycle count preparation
- Support merchandising resets and promotional displays
Qualifications
- Available to work 20-25 hours weekly (11 PM - 7 AM shifts)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory and price verification
- Previous retail or warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Valid Washington state ID or driver's license
- Reliable transportation to Pioneer Square location
- Ability to work independently while following safety protocols
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork during overnight hours
