- Unload and organize merchandise shipments with precision
- Stock shelves and maintain product displays throughout the store
- Conduct inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Operate pallet jacks and cleaning equipment safely
- Collaborate with overnight team to achieve department goals
- Adhere to safety protocols and loss prevention procedures
- Assist with store opening preparations before closing shift
Qualifications
- Previous retail or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to night shift hours
- Basic math and inventory knowledge
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible availability between 10 PM - 6 AM
