- Assist with venue setup and breakdown procedures
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Complete incident reports and maintain documentation
Qualifications
- Must be 21+ years old (alcohol service environment)
- Availability for weekend nights (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
