Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight efficiently and safely using appropriate equipment.
- Sort and organize inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and order fulfillment.
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing packages.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) as trained.
- Collaborate with the night shift team to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts and weekends (Friday through Sunday, or Saturday through Monday).
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to use handheld scanners.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
