Responsibilities
- Efficiently load, unload, and organize incoming and outgoing freight to ensure timely delivery.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and cycle counts using handheld scanners.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless operational flow and order accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of shipping documents and labeling.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Must be available to work nights (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and weekends.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory; on-the-job training provided.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Valid driver's license may be required for specific roles.
