Responsibilities
- Execute daily receiving, picking, packing, and shipping operations with precision and speed.
- Manage inventory levels accurately using our state-of-the-art WMS (Warehouse Management System).
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely.
- Ensure all packaging materials are utilized efficiently to minimize waste.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve workflow bottlenecks and improve efficiency.
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and weekends.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus.
