As a Night Shift Associate, you will be the backbone of our logistics operations, ensuring that orders are processed accurately and shipped out on time, even after the sun goes down.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort packages efficiently during night hours.
- Operate industrial machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided).
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and inventory management procedures.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, specifically nights and weekends.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for long periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Indianapolis facility.
- Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
