As a Night Shift Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our supply chain operates smoothly while our facility is quiet. If you are reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to start immediately, we want to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Sort, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently during the night shift.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and in compliance with protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the workspace is clean, organized, and adheres to all safety regulations.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks with precision and care.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless handovers of daily operations.
- Identify and report any potential safety hazards or equipment malfunctions immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts and weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
