Responsibilities
- Perform order picking, packing, and preparation for shipment using handheld scanners and warehouse equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict adherence to OSHA regulations.
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure order accuracy and package integrity.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and cycle counting.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely when certified or required for specific tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth shift handover.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating night shifts and weekends as required.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Basic computer literacy and experience with barcode scanning technology.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Seattle facility.
