Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and verify merchandise for orders with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Load and unload freight trucks using appropriate equipment (hand trucks, pallet jacks, forklifts).
- Organize warehouse inventory and maintain a clean, safe, and orderly workspace.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track stock levels and order status.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and safety compliance goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
