Responsibilities
- Accurately process and package shipments using warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain organized inventory through cycle counting and stock rotation
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless shift transitions
- Resolve inventory discrepancies and report equipment malfunctions
- Support quality control inspections before shipment dispatch
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn WMS software
- Reliable transportation to late-night shifts
- Positive attitude and commitment to safety standards
- Availability to work 20-30 hours weekly (11 PM - 7 AM)
