Responsibilities
- Pack, label, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently using warehouse management systems.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure all products meet company standards before shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Assist in inventory management processes, including stock replenishment and cycle counts.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless operations and meet daily performance targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including evenings and nights.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
